He is the current chairman of NCBA Bank Uganda Ltd and a Board member of Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda Ltd where he also chairs the Board Audit Committee and also sits on the Finance and Investment Committee. He is also a former chairman of the Capital Markets Authority of Uganda. He has held several senior leadership positions in PWC, Shell, DFCU, Barclays and Tullow Oil.

A seasoned business leader at Senior Management and Board level with working e xperience and exposure in various countries (Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, United Kingdom, Ethiopia, Mauritius and North Africa) in the fields of Strategy, Finance, Risk Management, Business integrations systems implementations, Business Processes re-engineering, Business Management from reputable multinational organizations. Possess strong problem solving, business and commercial skills backed up by sound business judgment, strong sense of urgency and team work.

With post-graduation experience of 25 years of in-depth hands-on experience and specialized training in;

• Organisation strategy formulation, diagnostics reviews, implementation & follow through.
• ERP systems implementation.
• Risk management support.
• Project management including post implementation reviews
• Oil  and  Gas  business plans,  work  programs, budgets, cost  recovery  management audits for  key stakeholders stakeholder management, negotiations and lobby across multiple sectors, (Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas, Consulting, Government)
• Business turnaround projects to improve revenue, reduce costs.
• Re-engineering of Business Controls, Policies, Processes and Procedures.
• Business acquisitions, amalgamations and combinations.
• Arranging and negotiation of financing requirements
